Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are text files containing a small amount of data which is sent to your computer when you visit our website. They can involve the collection and storage of personal information.

We provide a cookie consent banner when you land on the website because we use a service called Matomo to analyse the website’s audience. The Matomo cookie is only installed if the website visitor chooses to enable the cookie by ticking the appropriate box in the consent banner.

Matomo monitors when, where and how people access information so that we can adapt the site to better suit our users’ needs and measure its performance. We have chosen Matomo because it fully respects your privacy. For example, it anonymises your IP by removing its last octet, so we will never know your full IP address.

We also use another cookie:

SESSIONID31396 cookie: this is a server cookie which is set by the website hosting company OVH and dictates how the server is used. The cookie expires after 15 minutes.

If you wish to reject the SESSIONID cookie, you can do so via your browser settings.

The data collected for signing in to the training courses (e-mail, name and organisation) is used only for the purposes of enabling access to the modules and keeping a record of participants. As requested by the European Commission, which is the funding authority of this project, data is kept for 5 years after the end of the project, this being 31 May 2027.
